As you know, vehicles today are very sophisticated. Many of our customers develop more questions after they have the car for a few weeks. Your new Subaru vehicle is engineered with advanced technology to make sure you’re safe, comfortable, and entertained on every drive.
To make sure you’re familiar with these features and to personalize them according to your needs, Subaru created the Love-Encore visit. You’ll have a one-on-one appointment at Subaru of Spartanburg with a Subaru Star Delivery Specialist who will answer any questions you have and help you explore and customize your vehicle’s systems.

Q: What inspired you to work in the auto industry?
I wanted to try and learn something new! When I heard about this adventure loving company having this position, I knew that I had to apply!
Q: What’s one thing you’re really passionate about outside of work?
Being outdoors on adventures! If it's kayaking, snowboarding, hiking local trails, or just sitting outside enjoying the day!
Q: What’s your favorite thing about living in Spartanburg?
All the versatile areas around, their homey downtown along with amazing outdoors opportunities!
Q: What’s the best reaction you’ve had from a customer during an Encore visit?
My best reaction so far has been from a customer that I still get monthly check ins from! He comes and we will talk about his new adventures in his Subaru and if he has any questions, we will get them taken care of! He even brings me treats from the places he goes! This is going on 2 years now!
Q: If your personality were a Subaru model, which one would it be and why?
If I were a Subaru, I would be a Forester because it is sporty but can be chic! It is the most versatile for any adventure that is next!
Q: What’s one fun fact most people don’t know about you?
One fun fact is that I'm fully Brazilian!
Q: Subaru’s big on pets — do you have any four-legged copilots?
Yes, I have 4 cats and 1 dog which are part of the family!

The Subaru Star Delivery Specialist, Your Vehicle Technology Expert.
Once you take ownership of your new Subaru, your Subaru of Spartanburg Delivery Specialist will schedule a return to the retailer for a Love-Encore visit. This should take place within 14 to 60 days from your original delivery date. This is your opportunity to ask questions about your vehicle’s features and functions. With the help of the Star Delivery Specialist, you will be confident understanding how your vehicle’s technology enhances your driving experience.
Your specialist will explain and demonstrate how to use the systems seen on the right, plus many more, and set them up to work best for you. Please note this process may take about 30 to 60 minutes. The Star Delivery Specialist is your go-to contact for all of your technology questions before, during, and after taking ownership.
