Subaru of Spartanburg participated in The Hub City Hog Fest which is annual barbecue contest to benefit our home town charity, Mobile Meals of Spartanburg! We got to interact with a variety of Subaru previous and future customers and handed out some swag to use as well. This two day event was great for the community and our charity!
Subaru at the Soup Kitchen - NATALIA R.
We held a winter clothes drive for our local Soup Kitchen when we saw a news report about them being in dyer need for winter clothes and shoes. We were able to collect a good amount of thick jackets for these cold nights. We also got to meet some great people while we were dropping off the clothe. There are so many hard working people that dedicate their time to make our community a home and here at Subaru of Spartanburg we are here to support!
March of Dimes - NATALIA R.
Subaru of Spartanburg encouraged our customers to clean our their car change for the March of Dimes babies. Their mission is to lead the fight for the health of all moms and babies. We were able to collect a good lump sum which our General Manager, Hal Foster then matched to donate!
The Bridge at Green St. - Kimmy L.
Dear Subaru of Spartanburg & Hal Foster Thank you so much for your generous donation of the children’s jackets to the Bridge at Green St. Your donation of jackets came at the perfect time! We were completely out of children’s jackets and with the cold weather, we were still having families come to The Bridge needing warm winter jackets for their children. We are so thankful for this partnership with Subaru and are so blessed by your generous donation. Blessings, Kimmy LaMee
Subaru Loves to Help Hope - Natalia R.
We recently partnered our Subaru Loves to Help event with the Hope Center! The Hope center is located in Spartanburg, helping children prosper. We had a great time getting to interact with the kids that live there! We enjoyed a pizza party, dancing to the Cha Cha Slide and a Subaru inspired spelling bee! This was definitely more than a coat for them and it was so special being there with the residents and support staff!
MLK Day of Service - Natalia R.
Celebrating Martin Luther King Day with the Spartanburg Area Conservancy! We joined them at the Upper Chinquapin Greenway and collected trash on the trail along with some invasive species removal. We are so happy that we were able to clean up some of the community on MLK day of service!
